Engineering Resume

We all have good expectations about our job needs. These expectations are fulfilled by the resume you make. It is an snap shot describing about what you are, how you are and how productive you are.

So, it is really very necessary to make a good resume. After making the resume, recruiter scan those, and the better one's are called up for the interview. This is the normal procedure. But the another main question that may arise is "How to apply to the job post, When to apply, Where to apply".

The answer to all these questions are as follows:
  • As today's age is of computer world, communication has become more efficient due to use of the internet. There are many available like naukri.com, or times job monster. On these sites there are keywords for our job requirement. For eg. If you are an metallurgist, then you are willing to apply in quality control section just type the same. Write the expected salary if asked. Mention the job location you desire. It then displays no of jobs where vacancy is available along with the eligibility and job profile.

One can go through that. See the eligibility and job profile. If it matches then one can apply for the same by forwarding the resume there.
  • There are advertisements present in newspaper too, regarding the recruitments. One can refer the same.
  • The answer to the other question where to apply? is that the company’s give their postal address or their email-id. Just send your resume there and wait for the call.
While writing the engineering resume, make use of technical words at the maximum. Enlighten what you are, how you can tackle the situation, how you can coordinate, how innovative you are.
The engineering resume is somewhat different for the different levels. For instance, the resume for the R&D engineer and the Production engineer may not be same. The difference may arise due to different job parameters.

That is why, while applying to any job post just have a look at the eligibility and the expectations of the company. Your resume and the job profile mentioned by the company must not mismatch.
