- First start with the contact information at the top. It must have your name in bold letters, postal address, contact no and the email-address. The email-address must be professional enough.
- Then mention the job objective. Write in 2-3 sentences only. It must have link with your career goal, qualification and the job post for which you are applying.
- Then write your past experience in chronological order starting with the recent one. Write the post at which you were working. Mention the responsibilities and duties done by you in short. Don’t overwrite. Mention your work or job profile only. Don’t mention much more about the company because you are selling your skills and not advertising the company. Also, mention the technical area of expertise.
- Qualification details must follow the next. Write it in chronological order starting from the highest degree first. Mention the academic grades earned, name of the institute, etc.
- Write your achievements in the technical field in short. That will reflect the skills present in you. The recruiter can understand the qualities that are inbuilt in you. You can also include the rewards given for your work.
- Then write the personal information that is about your hobbies, martial status, etc.
- While writing the references mention "Reference on Request". The references must be accurate and perfect enough.
